May 2008 - An EMMY for creative excellence was awarded to Pilotfish Productions for "kick," the RECYCLE HEAR campaign's TV public service announcement. The prestigious award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences was presented in San Francisco on May 10, 2008.

April 2008 - Just one year into the RECYCLE HEAR campaign and the number of bottles and cans collected from the participating music venues exceeds 750,000. The self-sustaining program is on track to collect more than 1 million containers each year.

February 2008 - The new RECYCLE HEAR campaign TV public service announcement was just completed and distributed to Bay Area TV stations. The outrageous spot features actor/comedian and former Saturday Night Live cast member Jim Breuer. Pilotfish Productions, the New York creative team behind the campaign's award-winning "kick" PSA, also produced this new project. The new PSA appears on the website's homepage and a clip of outtakes appears on the campaign promotions page.
January 2008 - The RECYCLE HEAR campaign's "kick" TV public service announcement earned a prestigious MarCom Platinum Award for creativity from the International Association of Marketing Communication Professionals.

December 2007 - Thank you environmentally conscious San Francisco music lovers. With your support, the RECYCLE HEAR campaign and its music venue partners have this year collected more than one-half million containers that would have otherwise been sent to landfills.

May 2007 - Thank you San Francisco! More than 50,000 beverage containers were recycled in May at music venues participating in the RECYCLE HEAR campaign. With more partners joining all the time, the number is expected to reach 75,000-100,000 per month by the end of the year.
